Troubleshooting GPTHuman API errors

Start by checking the information available in your API Dashboard.

Important: API credits are separate from GPTHuman subscription credits. Credits purchased for API usage cannot be used in the web app, and subscription credits cannot be used with the API.

Checks you can make in the dashboard

• Confirm that your API credit balance is sufficient.
• Confirm that the API key still appears in the API Keys list.
• Review total requests and request logs for recent activity.
• Buy more credits or update auto recharge from the Billing tab when needed.
